Shipping Information

Standard Delivery Times

All orders are processed Monday–Friday. Once your order has been confirmed, we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible.

  • UK deliveries: orders should arrive within 5 working days from the date the order is placed.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after our daily cut‑off may be processed on the next working day.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has been dispatched.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Most orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may try again or leave instructions for collection from a local depot or pickup point.
  • Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Regions

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any duties or import taxes for orders outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please first check your tracking information and any delivery notices. If you still need help, contact us at barony@baronyuk.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.
