At Barony, we take pride in offering authentic, limited-edition fashion pieces crafted with care and precision. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, availability is limited and each order is fulfilled with the highest attention to quality.

All orders are processed and delivered within ten working days from the date of purchase. Customers may request a return or refund within 28 days of the original purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met.

The item must be returned in its original condition, exactly as received. This means it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any signs of use, including rips or alterations. All original labels and tags must remain attached. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or refund, customers must first contact our support team at support@baronyuk.co.uk. A valid reason for the return, the original order number, and a completed return form—provided with the original order—must be submitted. Barony reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of our brand.

Is there anything I can`t return?

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, or swimwear cannot be returned if any hygiene seals have been removed or broken.
