Barony is a registered company in the United Kingdom. All products are designed and in London but some handcrafted in Los Angeles. Our collections are limited in availability and reflect the exclusivity and authenticity of our brand.

Orders and Fulfilment

All orders are subject to availability. Due to the limited nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10 working days. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has shipped.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

Product Authenticity and Quality

Each Barony item is crafted with precision and care. We guarantee that all products are authentic and meet our standards for quality. Minor variations in finish or detailing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our garments.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund within 28 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels intact, and returned in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, customers must contact supportreturn@baronyuk.co.uk and submit a valid reason, order number, and completed return form included with the order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Barony reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
